Your terms and conditions of use

• If you use the site (www.targetech.eu), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.If you are under 18, you may use Targetech.eu/Target-tech-malta.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Target Tech reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

• Our advertised prices include VAT.

• Goods are subject to availability from our suppliers and may vary from those advertised.

• Target Tech attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Target Tech does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Target Tech itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

• You cannot cancel an order after one working day has passed, otherwise you will be entitled for half of what you paid for

• After delivery you are responsible for protecting the goods against loss or damage.

• Target Tech is not responsible if the product is late, we normally receive packages from 5-6 working days, if the product never arrives you will be issued with a full refund.

• Warranty will not be valid if any defect arises from: 1) fair wear and tear. 2) wilful damage. 3) negligence. 4) abnormal working conditions. 5) misuse. 6) alteration. 7) repair of the Goods not authorised by the manufacturer. 8) data loss or recovery.

Motherboards - 2/1 year/s max from date of purchase(check invoice)

CPUs - 2/1 year/s max from date of purchase(check invoice )

Power Supply Unit - 6 months max from date of purchase

UPS - 1 year max

Graphic card - 1 year max from date of purchase

Memory Ram- 2/5 max years from date of purchase (check invoice)

Batteries - Do not have warranty unless stated by the manufacturer- Battery life usually depends on the user’s usage

Laptops- 1/5 year/s max warranty from date of purchase(check invoice)

• Warranty does not cover laptop batteries or any software errors or bugs

• Items ordered by the client shall remain the property of Target Tech until paid in full.

Sales are final, no refunds can be issued.
