If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.If you are under 18, you may use Targetech.eu/Target-tech-malta.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Target Tech reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Our advertised prices does not include VAT or Custom charges. Rarely these maybe be imposed when you receive your item. Every country is different so we will not be able to tell you how much the charges will be if there are any.

All our products have worldwide free delivery.

Goods are subject to availability from our suppliers and may vary from those advertised.

Target Tech attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Target Tech does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Target Tech itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

You cannot cancel an order after five(5) working days have passed or your item has been dispatched from our warehouse, otherwise you will be entitled for half of what you paid for after you have returned the product in it's original packaging. You will be able to cancel and claim full refund if delivery time surpasses four(4) weeks. 

After delivery you are responsible for protecting the goods against loss or damage.

Target Tech is not responsible if the product is late, please read the delivery information.

Warranty will not be valid if any defect arises from: 1) fair wear and tear. 2) wilful damage. 3) negligence. 4) abnormal working conditions. 5) misuse. 6) alteration. 7) repair of the Goods not authorised by the manufacturer. 8) data loss or recovery.

Price may go up or down at any time. 

Warranty does not cover laptop batteries or any software errors or bugs 

Target Tech is not responsible for products being confiscated by the Customs in customers' countries. We strongly encourages all customers to check with their local Customs office for any potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs. In addition, some products may require special licenses or permits to import (such as high powered lasers

Replacements are treated the same way as that of new orders -- they typically arrive in 10 to 13 days. If a product needs to be returned for replacement, the replacement is sent after receiving the returned item.

Customers are responsible for any delivery charges in order to return a defective product.

It is suggested you keep the original packaging for at least one month. Faulty products without original packaging may not be accepted.
